Bright Side View
Bright Side View
2023 has been off to a bit of a trying start in Southern California. Everyone knows that we need rain around here, but most of us are also pretty spoiled when it comes to weather. We have had our fair share of cool, cold, cloudy, partly cloudy, mostly cloudy, dreary, drizzly, rainy, downpour, and … repeat! In addition to helping the ongoing drought situation, this weather has some definite additional bright spots. Things are very green around here, as well as purple (lupine!), yellow (bush sunflowers!), and orange (poppies!). Everything that grows is happy, and even the occasional rainbow has been spotted overhead. I decided to celebrate the confluence of all of these beautiful things in a sweet little coastal scene. And so “Bright Side View” came into being.
