I took the photo that inspired this painting at Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument in New Mexico (read about my day at Gila on my blog). The monument is located in a gorgeous remote setting in Gila National Forest.

This original painting measures 5" x 5", and is made using gouache paint on acid free, cold press heavyweight watercolor paper. It is sold in a white mat that brings the overall size of the piece to 8x8”.
