I took the photo that inspired this painting (see second image) at Hermit's Rest on the far west end of Arizona's Grand Canyon. There was a bit of snow on the ground and the green from the trees provided a beautiful compliment to the red and orange canyon below.

Item is 8" x 10" and sold in a white mat that brings the overall size of the piece to 14x11”.. Media are watercolor, watercolor pencil, and gouache paint on acid free, cold press heavyweight watercolor paper.
