I titled this original miniature panorama painting, “Peach Patch,” because it sure was a sweet scene! I rarely leave the house at night anymore. I love mornings, and daytime, and sunshine. I’ve made the claim more than a few times that I will turn into a pumpkin if I am out and about after the sun goes down. The funny thing is, I really, really enjoy a good sunset. Of course, that’s largely because of the drama in the sky, but I also love the scenery around me during the last bit of light, the golden tinges and deep shadows. The ocean takes the whole thing up a notch, because what better reflective surface is there for this display than a giant body of water? I guess my pajamas can wait a few extra minutes. 😉

This original panorama painting was created with gouache paint on 140 lb. Legion Stonehenge hot pressed black watercolor paper and measures 2×10". It comes in a signed mat and natural wood frame that brings the overall size of the piece to around 5×13”. It ships free.
